- Self pickup is available at our store: 2 Senoko South Road #05-02A Singapore 758096 from Mondays to Fridays between 11AM to 5PM. Please use promo code "SELFPICKUP" at checkout, and select the date and time that you wish to self-collect your order accordingly.
- Easy Gourmet currently delivers to most areas in mainland Singapore.
- Free Delivery (worth S$18.00) is provided for orders from $80.00 (after discounts and coupons).
- Delivery on weekends is only available over CNY period from 30 Jan 21 to 28 Feb 21.
- Surcharge of $20 ($21.4 w/GST) is applicable for deliveries from 11 to 14 Feb (CNY period).
- Orders placed before 3PM will be delivered on the next working day; orders placed after 3PM will be delivered on the following working day.
- Delivery slots are subject to availability. Easy Gourmet aims to deliver the products to your delivery address within your selected delivery time frame, but does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will be met as there may be factors outside of our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries. Easy Gourmet shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery time frame.
- If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot, Easy Gourmet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery after charging you a re-delivery fee of S$18.00.
- If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s) (including the delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please return the product(s) to our delivery representative immediately at the point of delivery. At our sole discretion, Easy Gourmet will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s). Easy Gourmet may or may not offer a replacement or refund the incorrect product(s) if the issue is brought to the attention of Easy Gourmet after our delivery representative has left your premises.
