Q: Do you deliver everyday?
A: At the moment, we only deliver from Mondays to Fridays. Please click here for more information about our delivery details!
Q: Are you Halal-certified?
A: Yes, we are halal-certified by MUIS - the halal logo is displayed on our product packaging.
Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to your specified email address after your order is received and accepted on our end. For payments made via bank transfer and paynow, please send a screenshot of your transaction to email@example.com. Your order will be verified and confirmed within one business day.
Q: I selected the wrong delivery address! Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
A: Please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 6908 4688 immediately so that we can make the necessary changes for you.
Q: Can I order and receive my food on the same day?
A: No, we are currently only able to take orders at least one working day in advance.
Q: Can I pay by cash-on-delivery?
A: No, please refer below for our currently accepted payment methods.
Q: What are the available payment methods?
A: At the moment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paynow and Bank Transfer. For orders paid via Paynow and Bank Transfer, please send us a screenshot of your transaction for payment verification. Your order will be verified and confirmed within one business day.
Q: Is self-collection available?
A: Yes, it is available from Mondays to Fridays between 11AM to 5PM. Please checkout with promo code "SELFPICKUP" and select the date and time that you wish to self-collect your order.
Q: What are the timeslots available for delivery?
A: You may choose from 11:00 to 13:00, 13:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 17:00, 17:00 to 19:00, and 19:00 to 21:00.
Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver to most places in Singapore! You may confirm your address and postal code in the checkout page.
Q: Do you offer corporate or bulk deliveries?
A: Yes, we do. Please email us at email@example.com for more enquiries.
Q: Can I keep my hot meals in the fridge for later consumption?
A: Our hot meals are prepared daily for immediate consumption. We recommend that you consume your freshly delivered food within 2 hours from the time you receive your food.
Frozen Ready Meals
Q: How long can I store my frozen ready meals and soups?
A: Our frozen ready meals and soups can be stored for up to 6 months when stored at -18 degrees Celsius.
Q: I don't have a microwave. How can I prepare the frozen meals and soups then?
A: No worries, you can prepare our frozen meals using either a conventional oven or by steaming. However, do ensure that you transfer your food to an oven- or steamer- safe container for reheating.
Q: Can I refreeze my unfinished meals for consumption afterwards?
A: No. For food safety reasons, please do not refreeze your food after thawing!
