Microwave: Peel plastic film off slightly before heating. Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until hot (On 800 W microwave). Alternatively, thaw the meal in the chiller for a day and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
For reheat using oven, stove top or steam, transfer into respective appropriate containers and heat accordingly.
Storage: Keep frozen. Once thawed, consume within 3 days.
